Bird calls / bird song
Yellow-rumped Pardalote

The single note call in sample 100228 was given by one of a pair of birds close to a nest hole at Round Hill N.R. in NSW., in mallee vegetation. The bird was being answered by another about 100 m away and I interpret this as a territory advertisement call, or song if you could call it that! This is the usual call given by birds in that area.
